If you don't have a lot of stereo installation experience like me then you are going to have a hard time. I recommend dedicating an entire day for this. DISCLAMER: I am not a professional and these are just some info that I collected that helped me, if you have no clue what your doing then I suggest taking you car to a pro.
Before you can even start installing you will need these items.
*Tools: Wire cutter, Electric tape, Volt meter, Screwdriver set....
*In-dash Mounting Kit
Recommend getting it here: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_120998150/Metra-99-8150-Lexus-In-dash-Receiver-Kit.html?tp=3121
*Wiring Harness (Recommended) - Not necessary but its recommended but it will save about an hour or two: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_120708112/Receiver-Wiring-Harness.html?tp=2977

First step: Removal
*Follow these steps: http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereoremovalLexusES300StrR.htm
*Most of the steps on that link are easy to follow, but i had a hard time removing the AC vent and the lady on this video was helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5vZLOOtP_s

Second step: The installation
This is the hard part where I guarantee you will have the most difficult time with.
What you first need are the wiring diagram. I suggest powering up you radio first before wiring any of the speakers.
Car Radio Battery Constant 12v+ Wire: Gray
Car Radio Accessory Switched 12v+ Wire: Blue/Red
Chassis Ground Wire: White
Car Radio Illumination Wire: White/Green
Car Stereo Dimmer Wire: Green--------Dont get this confused with the other green speaker wire
Car Stereo Antenna Trigger Wire: Light Green/Red
Car Stereo Amp Trigger Wire: Pink/Blue
Car Stereo Amplifier Location: Under passenger seat
The wiring diagram above is for wires that are coming form the factory amplifier. If the stock amplifier has been removed or has been replaced then the wiring diagram doesn't apply to you. If you have a volt meter then I suggest testing the +12 wires just to double check. If your not getting readings between 11-13 volts then I suggest you check you fuse.
**If after you wire the above wires and your radio isn't coming on then check you fuse **
| FUSE VALUE | FUSE LABEL | FUSEBOX LOCATION |
| 15 AMP | "CIG/RADIO" | DRIVER'S SIDE DASH PANEL |
| 20 AMP | "RADIO" | DRIVER'S SIDE UNDER HOOD |
Look here if you don't know where you fusebox is located: http://drivers.lexus.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM33444U/pdf/6-4_203.pdf

If your unit turned on congratulations! But you are far from done. This is part is a bitch to do.
I suget connecting your speaker wires one by one and checking each speaker.
Left Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Blue
Right Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Black
Left Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Yellow
Right Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Green
Common ground (-): White
I only had two ground white (-) wire so I grounded the rest to the chassis. Its up to you on what to do with the ground.
******If you do decide the bypass the factory amplifier********
Move the passenger seat up all the way, remove the four screws on mount.
Here is the wiring diagram for the blue harness on the factory amp.
The same wiring diagram apply to the gray harness.
-----------------------------------
By this point you should be getting sound from your speaker. If you do then your headed for the home stretch.
-----------------------------
Final Step: Reassembly
I think you guys got this part. But make sure to carefully assayable everything and try to do a clean job.
